Music by Uccelini, Merula, Geminiani, Barsanti, Vivaldi and Boyce will be performed in this chamber music concert presented by the Cape Town Baroque Festival. With members of Baroque2000 from Durban, Ralitza Macheva (violin), Refiloe Olifant (violin), Cecilia di Cecco (cello), as well as Capetonian Erik Dippenaar (harpsichord).

John Coulter (fortepiano) presents a recital of sonatas and rondos by Haydn, Johann Christian Bach and Carl Philipp Emanuel Bach at the Cape Town Baroque Festival. This programme covers broad styles from the luminous Galante of JC Bach, to the early Romantic in the highly personal style of CPE Bach.

Special focus points include the St Andrew’s Presbyterian Church, the Strand Street Lutheran Church, and Mosques in the De Waterkant area.
